BOOKING

The booking of accommodation can be done by  mail or website through the communication of the customer's personal details, and those staying at the property, the data of the credit card and the payment of a deposit of 30% of the cost the entire stay will be considered as a deposit. The booking will be finalized when the customer will be notified of the receipt of the deposit by the management. In the "Residences Parmensi" overnight accommodation will be allowed only to the number of persons indicated in the booking. External visitors would be allowed, subject to management approval and will have the obligation to provide personal details.

PAYMENT

The balance due must be paid upon delivery of the apartment along with the advance payment of the final cleaning of € 35,00; at that time we will also request the sum of € 200.00 as a deposit, which will then be returned at the check-out, subject to verification of the good condition of the furniture and occupied housing unit. In case of damage and / or theft of objects, furniture or whatever is inside of each unit and still belongs to "Residences Parmesan", the Directorate shall be deemed authorized to keep the deposit to the extent of the cost amount damage and / or of the non compliance. It remains at the discretion of management, acceptance of checks.

CHECK IN / OUT

The residence is equipped with a reception service. The arrival time should be between 14.00 and 21.00. The housing unit return must be made before 10.00 am on the day of departure. Any exceptions must be agreed with the management. If the return outside these hours, unless previously agreed with the management, will be grounds for a charge of € 30.00 penalty will be deducted from the security deposit or credit card given as guarantee.

CANCELLATION

The booking cancellation must be made through a written communication (fax, email, etc.) To the Management and will be effective only after confirmation by the same, the correct reception. The cancellation can generate the application of penalties based on when the same is communicated to the Directorate; a deduction is in fact applied on advance paid in the following ways:

  1. for reservations for stays from three to seven days - no penalty if the cancellation is made until 48 hours prior to check-in - 30% of the deposit if the cancellation is made during the 48 hours before check-in
  2. for reservations for stays over eight days (even biweekly and / or monthly) - no penalty if the cancellation is made before the ten days prior to check-in - 30% of the deposit if the cancellation is made during the ten days preceding The check-in. PRICE OF LEASE

The room rate includes:

OPTIONAL SERVICES

CLEANING OF THE APARTMENT

THE FLATS

The apartments that make up the structure are 19 and more precisely 13 one-bedroom apartments and 6 studios.

They can then stay up to a maximum of 4 persons or 4 persons with a child under three years of age.

All apartments are equipped with LED TV, microwave oven, hair dryer, wi-fi connection.
